In our Prague service centre we provide complete warranty and post-warranty service of the products we sell. In case of warranty service, the guarantee of free loan of a spare device during the service period applies!

Do you need help with your selection or have a question about warranty or post-warranty repair?

How to send it in for repair?

Please pack the devices securely to prevent any damage during transport, and send them to the following address: Radlická 3201/14, 150 00 Prague 5, CZ. Due to ongoing issues with the Czech Post (Česká pošta), we kindly ask you to use a different carrier. Thank you for your understanding.
