GDU Technology is a Chinese manufacturer of professional unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) headquartered in Wuhan. Founded in 2015, the company quickly established itself as an industry pioneer: in 2016 it launched the BYRD, the world's first fully foldable consumer drone and a CES Best UAV nominee.

Today GDU is focused entirely on industrial and enterprise-grade applications. It develops a complete ecosystem for autonomous aerial inspection: the P200, P300 and S200 series multirotors, the S400E flagship built around a high-strength magnesium-alloy airframe, the L100 fixed-wing VTOL, the Zeus-30 and Zeus-300 heavy-lift helicopters, automated K01–K05 docking stations and a full range of mission payloads including LiDAR, thermal imaging and multi-sensor camera gimbals.

Of GDU's 700+ staff, more than 60 % are R&D engineers. The company holds hundreds of patents and software copyrights, carries China's top AAA enterprise credit rating and has been recognised among China's Top 10 Innovative Drone Brands (Security Category) and with the 2022 International SME Award.
