Withdrawal from Contract & Returns

Have you purchased goods at Tenolix.cz and they don't fit your needs, or have you changed your mind? As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

How to Proceed with Returning Goods?

1. Online Request (Recommended): Use the form above or click the link in your order confirmation e-mail. In the order details section, select the option to return goods, select the specific items, and enter your bank account number (IBAN) for the refund.
2. Packaging the Goods: Pack the items carefully to prevent damage during transport. The goods should be unworn, undamaged, complete with all accessories, and ideally in their original packaging.
3. Shipping the Package: Send the package to our delivery address listed below.
   Please note: Packages sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

Important Information & Terms

• Return Period: The notice of withdrawal from the contract must be sent no later than the 14th day following the day of receipt of the goods.
• Inspection of Returned Goods: Upon receiving your package, we will inspect its completeness and condition, usually within 3 business days. If the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functionality, we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount from the refunded total.
• Refund Process: We will refund your payment no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, including the cost of delivery corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery option offered. However, we may withhold the payment until we have received the returned goods or proof of their dispatch. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.
• Return Shipping Costs: The direct costs associated with returning the goods back to us are borne by the customer.
• Exceptions from Withdrawal: Withdrawal from the contract is not possible in cases specified by law, such as goods customized or tailored according to the customer's specifications, or goods sealed for hygiene/health protection reasons once the seal has been broken.
